Villetta Fior di Sole is an exclusive holiday home we designed within Camping Baia Verde [*link to camping Baia Verde],located in a beautiful natural green area.
Nestled in greenery, Villetta Fior di Sole offers a unique experience of relaxation and well-being, just steps away from the stunning Lake Garda. This was our primary goal: to renovate an old cottage and transform it into a holiday home perfectly tailored to our client’s needs.

From an old, dilapidated cottage to a modern holiday home designed to offer maximum comfort and minimal expenses.

The accommodation, an 80.7 m² three-room apartment on a single floor, now features an independent entrance leading to a beautiful gazebo and an exclusive garden. The interior includes a spacious living room with a comfortable sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, and two bathrooms,  all complete with comforts (WC, bidet, sink, shower, etc.).

Villetta Fior di Sole is the result of a careful renovation we carried out after thoroughly assessing the client’s needs. We always start with a personalized consultation to set the project up correctly from the very beginning,exactly as the client envisions it, avoiding any issues or surprises in the subsequent phases.
