The building is located at address via Valle Fiorita, and the name of the street matches the place just perfectly: the only noise you can hear is birds tweeting, the undiscussed protagonists in this oasis of green spaces and peace. 

The area available was structured into three buildings, two two-storey buildings on the sides and a three-storey central building. Architectural lines in the classical style, large balconies with stone columns, windows of regular size and shape.

The facades are embellished with artful decorations, giving the building a refined look.
