The residence is located in a quiet residential area right next to the historic centre of Campoverde, a peculiar district in the municipality of Salò.

It is composed of three buildings connected by a single basement. The three buildings host 11 housing units, and the beating heart of the complex are the two attics with a stunning view overlooking the rooftops of the city centre, especially of the district of Campoverde and the lake.

The project displays peculiar features, such as the distribution of volumes, the use of traditional architectural solutions, such as the tile roof and wooden eaves, energy efficiency thanks to the installation of thermal coating mounted inside a double wall system and solar panels for hot water production.

The decorations on the facade with modern colours and shapes elegantly highlight the distribution of volumes, giving the complex a modern and warm look.

Residence Sant’Anna is equipped with a swimming pool located on a lower level than the view from the apartments on the ground floor, thereby guaranteeing maximum privacy.
