The area where the residence is located was once the headquarter of the confectionery “La Cedrinca” in 1998. The urban redevelopment of the town included the gradual relocation of production sites outside the urban perimeters, and this is where the idea of the project “Il Cedro” came to life.

As for the design of the building, we decided to choose an architectural style with could distance itself from the past and show a certain level of continuity with the architectural style of viale Bossi. 

The small towers, the fine decoration on the facades, the eaves partly made of wood and party made of concrete and the balconies give the building a refined look, integrating it perfectly in the existing urban environment in terms of size, volumes and finishes.
