The building is located in Salò at address via Salita Marconi, in a strategic location, very close to the historic city centre, in a quiet area which is easily accessible only through a dead-end private street.

From the first floor of the building one can enjoy a stunning view overlooking the rooftops of the historic city centre and the gulf of Salò, on Lake Garda.

A Liberty-style building in which special attention has been paid to volume proportions, balconies, colours of the facades, of windows, of wooden parts, of railings and fences. 

The best technologies available on the market and great attention to details were employed to carry out our intervention on this building, located in a prestigious area of the city.
