The building is located only 400 m from Salò historic centre and is composed of six levels:

• the first two floors consist of private garages accessible from via Mortari; 
• the two intermediate floors are apartments;
• the two top floors form a villa. 

All floors are connected through a condominium staircase made of Botticino marble and Istria stone, and through an elevator.

The villa is composed of a ground floor, with entrance way, a studio, large living room, dining room, kitchen, bathroom and laundry room. 

On the first floor are three bedrooms, each with a private bathroom. The two floors are connected through a staircase with a dust-painted iron structure, stainless steel handrails and extra-clear glass steps.

On the ground floor is a large terrace with a breath-taking view overlooking the rooftops of Salò historic centre, the Duomo and the whole Gulf of Salò and Lower Garda. We also managed to build a large private garden and an infinity pool on the ground floor. 

We used high-quality and refined materials for finishes, such as Trani marble and Emperador marble for bathroom finishes, hardwood flooring in the other rooms, wood-look flooring for the exterior, Carrara marble for doorsteps and walkways.

We put in place systems to achieve maximum energy efficiency. Solar panels for sanitary hot water production and for heating water in the pool, underfloor heating system with heat pump, cooling system with fan coil units, heat recovering Controlled Mechanical Ventilation, home automation system.

Thanks to its unique location and fine finishes, this building is a perfect example of a one-of-a-kind solution in the housing market in Salò.
